⁵ And He brought him outside and said, “Now look toward the heavens, and ^(A)number the stars, if you are able to number them.” And He said to him, “^(B)So shall your seed be.” ^6 (C)Then he believed in Yahweh; and He counted it to him as righteousness. ⁷ And He said to him, “I am Yahweh who brought you out of ^(D)Ur of the Chaldeans, to ^(E)give you this land to ^[a]possess it.”
